IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Associate Manager-Acquisition (Current Account) North 1 to join our Retail Banking team. As an Associate Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new current account customers in the North 1 region of Haryana, India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers and develop strategies to acquire new current account relationships
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers through regular communication and excellent customer service
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitors&apos activities to develop effective sales strategies
  • Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities and customer feedback

Qualifications

  • Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of current account products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
  • Willingness to travel within the North 1 region of Haryana, India

    Additional Parameters

  • Fluency in local language (Hindi) is preferred
