Job description

We are looking for BDE / Sr. BDE with excellent communication skills who can work on IT business development.

Job Requirements :

A bachelors or associate degree in Marketing, IT / Computer Science.

2-4 years experience in an IT sales environment / BPO industry. Should have worked in night shift or until mid-night shift. No Day Shift Candidates.

Night Shift Experience is a must. Exceptions based on only case to case basis on Center Head Approval.

Should be proficient in English. Speaking and Writing.

Willing to do 120 calls a day. Cold calling is a must as part of this job profile.

Should be well versed on LinkedIn. Should have a valid LinkedIn profile with at least 100+ connections.

Should have prior experience using one CRM system and should be able to explain the process flow.

Should have done enough research about Photon offerings and should be able to explain during interview process. This will be a minimum benchmark.

Identify / Assessing potential clients and fix meetings according to our key service areas.

Highly motivated and ability to achieve the targets / expectations set by the organization.

Candidate should be open to work from Chennai office.

Notice period in current organization should be less than 15- 20 days.
