    Job Description

    • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets in the South & West regions.
    • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, ensuring alignment with company goals.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
    • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to execute promotional campaigns effectively.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors.
    • Analyse sales data to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales operations.
    • Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting performance and recommendations.
    • The Successful Applicant

      A successful Sales Head (South & West) should have :

    • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in a leadership role within the FMCG industry, preferably in Beverages.
    • Strong understanding of sales and distribution channels in the South & West regions.
    • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
    • Ability to motivate and lead a high-performing team.
