Role scope

Designation : Member or Senior Member Field Marketing – South Asia, Infosys Finacle

Base location : Bengaluru, India (Mandatory)

Reporting to : Field Marketing Lead – APAC & MEA

As a key member of the Finacle Marketing team, you will be responsible for the planning and end-to-end execution of go-to-market initiatives for South Asia. The primary objectives are to generate leads, strengthen client relationships, drive targeted engagement with prospects, and strengthen Finacle’s brand visibility in the South Asia region. India is the home market for Finacle with a 70% market share and also a primary focus market catering to different segments like the public and private sector banks, NBFCs, Small Finance Banks and co-operative banking community. You would be responsible to plan round-the-year engagement with each segment, as well as ABM activities for key clients. Key activities would include custom events and roundtable, driving digital campaigns for select segments, designing curated regional collaterals like flyers and brochures, drafting press releases, and managing client visits, among others. Your work would involve collaboration with an ecosystem of internal and external stakeholders, including sales, product, pre-sales, and alliances.

Key Responsibilities

Own and drive a multi-channel marketing plan to support demand generation, ABM, brand visibility, and deal pursuit success in the assigned market region for the Infosys Finacle suite of solutions. This includes :

  • Understanding market demand and opportunities for the Finacle business and developing an impactful marketing plan for driving cross-sells with existing customers and generating leads for new customer acquisitions.
  • Create opportunities for thought leadership and drive media engagement opportunities in partnership with the Infosys PR team. Drive joint press releases with customers for wins and go lives.
  • Create / curate region-specific content assets aligned to the regional marketing needs
  • Understand the typical customer profile and target market, and build market and competition intelligence to support the regional marketing objectives and plan.
  • Support customer advocacy initiatives, including identifying opportunities for building case studies from customers in the market.
  • Monitor, measure, and publish the outcomes of your marketing programs periodically.
  • Support central marketing activities, events, and programs to ensure a good representation from South Asia.
  • Manage the lead qualification and handover process to sales

Knowledge / Skills / Qualifications

  • Proven experience in end-to-end planning and management of small and large corporate events, conferences, roundtables, and industry event participation.
  • Experience in B2B marketing for demand generation and brand awareness (especially lead generation and nurturing, marketing campaign execution and measurement).
  • Practical knowledge and experience across contemporary digital marketing channels, marketing automation tools, data analytics and reporting
  • High impact English communication skills and presentation skills, with proven content curation capabilities. Ability to narrate interesting and relevant stories that stand out from the clutter while retaining the core solution value proposition
  • Ability to build collaborative partnerships and work in a matrixed and high-demand environment.
  • Self motivated, result orientated, well-organized, excellent time-management and attention to detail, with the willingness to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience working for a B2B software company, especially in financial services (banking / fintech) is preferred
  • Conversational proficiency in Hindi is an advantage.
