1. Financial Ensure low cost optimization by streamlining business processes through development of efficient and specialized SAP Modules Take initiatives to drive growth for DCBL and ensure sustained growth in line with long-term and short-term objectives of the organization 2. Customer Coordinate with the SAP Functional Consultant in gathering the requirements and ultimately set up a fully functional development, test, and production environment to deliver modules in line with the scope created by the Functional Consultant Collaborate and communicate with internal and outsourced development partners regarding software systems design status, project progress, and issue resolution 3. Operations Analyze design and determine coding, programming, and integration activities required based on specific objectives and established project guidelines Write and execute portions of testing plans, protocols, and documentation for assigned portion of application; identify and debug issues with code and suggest changes or improvements Ensure initiatives for automation of IT processes using advanced technologies like module upgradations Ensure continuous user access to SAP modules by provisioning of backup network in case of network failure Perform database backup regularly and apply patches and upgrades whenever necessary Responsible for all SAP related procedure documentation and keep updating such documents Keep abreast with major happenings, upgrades, developments in the SAP framework Ensure initiation and sensitization of the employees towards digitization and automation of the processes Focus on utilization of advanced business analytics tools to derive key insights critical for the success of the organization 4. Self / Team Development Review and monitor performance of team members� and provide requisite developmental support / inputs Recommend training as required for team�s development Develop the team and update their knowledge base to cater the organization need Chart out a clear succession plan; identify and direct reports for higher responsibilities Strategize avenues for enhancing employee satisfaction in the function, resulting in high engagement levels of employees
