Relationship Officer-Direct Distribution Channel

Job Summary :

Meeting with a set number of customers daily

Ensuring delivery of minimum business guarantee

Generating leads through campaigns and cold calling

Tracking documentation logins and issuance

Updating leads feedback and referrals on the Learning Management System (LMS)

Meeting business targets and achieving business plans

Providing customer service and managing renewals

Must have a strong local network

Requires sound knowledge of the financial / insurance industry

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi

Local candidates are preferred

Industry experience in insurance banking broking / equity market or sales

Willingness to work in direct distribution

Job location in Mumbai and Pune

Must be a graduate with a minimum of 1 year sales experience.
