Job Title : Zuora RevPro Techno-Functional Consultant

Location : Remote

Job Type : Full-time / Contract

Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Zuora RevPro Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, configuration, and implementation of Zuora RevPro (Revenue Recognition) solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and business units, to ensure successful integration and deployment of Zuora RevPro, aligning with the company’s financial systems and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the technical design, configuration, and implementation of Zuora RevPro solutions.
Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Zuora RevPro and Zuora Billing.
Configure and maintain Zuora RevPro and Zuora Billing to meet revenue recognition needs and ensure compliance with accounting standards (ASC 606, IFRS 15).
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements for revenue processes.
Provide guidance and support during the integration of Zuora RevPro with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP).
Collaborate with the development and IT teams to ensure proper system integrations and data flows between Zuora RevPro and other enterprise systems.
Customize and optimize revenue recognition rules, workflows, and revenue schedules.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zuora RevPro and Billing configurations.
Conduct data validation, testing, and ensure the proper mapping of revenue schedules.
Provide support during UAT and go-live phases, ensuring smooth transitions and issue resolution.
Work with finance teams to ensure the accuracy of financial reporting and compliance with revenue recognition standards.
Provide user training and documentation on Zuora RevPro functionality and best practices.
Stay up-to-date with changes in revenue recognition standards and Zuora RevPro product updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.

9+ years of experience working with Zuora RevPro recognition solutions.

Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles (ASC 606, IFRS 15) and how they apply to SaaS or subscription-based business models.

Proven experience in configuring and customizing Zuora RevPro.

Hands-on experience with ERP system integrations (e.g., NetSuite, Workday) with Zuora RevPro.

Strong technical skills in data mapping, system integrations, and troubleshooting.

Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions.

Experience in end-to-end implementations of Zuora RevPro in an enterprise environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

Zuora RevPro certification or other related certifications.

Experience with data migration from legacy systems to Zuora RevPro.

Experience in the SaaS or subscription industry.
