Senior Visual Designer

Job Description :

We are looking for a senior creative professional with relevant experience in the realms of User Interface Design and Instruction and .

The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Adobe Creative Suite and Usability Engineering concepts with a strong foundation in Design, Typography and Illustration. We are looking for a self-starter and a team player with a penchant for creating visual impact in the digital and mobile media.

You should have 5+ years of experience in designing web and mobile user interfaces. Knowledge of UI Frameworks, UI Testing Tools and design and prototyping tools like Sketch, InVision, Adobe XD etc.

Graduates / Post-graduates in Fine Arts, Visual Communications and Design are preferred, though not mandatory. What we’re really keen is to see the design challenges you have solved in the past. Along with your resume, it is mandatory to provide a link to your online portfolio listing some of your finest works.

It goes without saying that you should have excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to communicate design decisions and open issues in a clear and concise manner.

Responsibilities and Duties :

• Gathering client requirements by organizing, executing and moderating focus groups at client locations.
• Development of creative, human-centered user interface designs using various prototyping tools.
• Verification of designs through reviews, validations and formal usability testing.
• Design support and consulting for the development teams by working closely with architects and developers through the project life cycle.
• Interacting with customers to ensure desired requirements are captured and their sign off is done.
• Effective stakeholder management of projects.
• Ability to mentor and lead a design team of UX and .
• Facilitate design sessions with involved teams using Design Thinking.
• Conduct user requirements analysis, task analysis, information architecture design, interaction design, and usability testing.
