Founder’s Office – Generalist

Location : Remote

Experience : 1–3 years preferred

About the Role :

We’re looking for a sharp, versatile generalist to join the Founder’s Office. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the founding team and drive initiatives across hiring, business development, project execution, and strategic operations.

The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, high-agency, and comfortable wearing multiple hats. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is excited by the idea of building from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities :

Hiring & Recruitment Ops : Support end-to-end hiring—from sourcing and outreach to candidate coordination and onboarding.

Business Development : Assist with outbound efforts, lead generation, CRM upkeep, and preparing sales materials and proposals.

Project Management : Take ownership of internal and external projects, working cross-functionally to ensure timely execution.

Strategic Support : Partner closely with the founder to drive critical initiatives and ensure execution on top priorities.

Operations & Process Building : Identify inefficiencies, propose solutions, and build scalable systems as the company grows.

Research & Analysis : Conduct competitor research, industry deep-dives, and strategic analysis to support decision-making.

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of work experience in high-performance environments (startups, consulting, VC, or similar).

A hustler mindset—resourceful, proactive, and solutions-oriented.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Comfortable with ambiguity, fast pivots, and juggling multiple priorities.

Tech-savvy with familiarity in tools like Notion, Google Workspace, Excel, and CRMs.
