Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead operations in Santa Clara. As a key leader within our organization you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction optimizing business processes and driving overall company profitability. Your role will include overseeing daily operations managing key accounts and ensuring seamless collaboration across departments.

Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate closely with the Distribution Manager Warehouse and Service teams to ensure daily operational success.
Lead and hold departments accountable for achieving targets and maintaining efficiency.
Quickly identify and address customer issues providing prompt communication and solutions with the operations and Key Account teams.
Manage the implementation of pricing changes and lead strategic projects in the field.
Support client management and retention efforts coordinating the of new accounts.
Foster a safetyfirst culture ensuring all teams adhere to safety regulations and best practices.
Provide leadership in line with company policies and legal requirements supporting associate development and accountability.

Requirements :

Education : Bachelor s degree (or equivalent experience).

Experience : At least 5 years of management experience preferably in the distribution industry.

Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.

Ability to obtain security clearance for client locations.

Strong communication leadership and problemsolving skills.

Proficiency in inventory management software Microsoft Outlook Excel and Word.

Physical ability to lift push and pull up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor environments.
