Job Title : Sales Officer (On-roll)

Job Summary :

The CASA Sales Officer is responsible for acquiring new Current and Savings Accounts (CASA) and deepening relationships with existing customers. This role involves actively identifying potential customers, explaining the benefits of our CASA products, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Roll :

  • Morning Planning and Preparation :

Reviewing daily sales targets and priorities.

  • Planning customer visits and calls.
  • Checking emails and responding to customer inquiries.
  • Reviewing any updates on bank products or policies.
  • Field Sales and Customer Meetings :

    • Visiting potential customers in the designated area.

  • Conducting sales presentations and explaining CASA product features.
  • Opening new CASA accounts and completing necessary documentation.
  • Building relationships with existing customers and addressing their needs.
  • Lead Generation and Follow-up :

    • Identifying new sales leads through various channels (e.g., cold calling, referrals, networking).

  • Following up on existing leads and nurturing potential customers.
  • Conducting market research to identify potential client areas.
  • Customer Relationship Management :

    • Addressing customer queries and resolving issues promptly.

  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Providing excellent customer service and building customer loyalty.
  • Reporting and Documentation :

    • Updating sales activity reports and customer databases.

  • Ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with regulations.
  • Submitting daily or weekly sales reports to supervisors.
  • Continuous Learning :

    • Staying updated on new banking products and services.

  • Participating in training sessions and workshops.
