Job Title : Workday HCM Functional Consultant

Location : Chennai, Bangalore, Coimbatore, Noida, Mumbai, Pune, Dehradun & Ahmedabad

Experience : 5 - 12 Years

Job Descriptions :

• 3+ years of relevant experience with Absence Implementation hands-on.
• Experience with issue tracking, ticketing systems, source control, and revision systems.
• Ability to understand and work with large, complex systems.
• Experience writing test cases for new and existing code to ensure compatibility and stability.
• Ability to develop positive working relationships and a strong rapport with team members.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Passionate about knowledge sharing.
• Ability to provide detailed information as well as summaries to peers and supervisors.
• A background in Workday Functional certification is highly desirable, along with a deep understanding of Workday's Absence module.
• Demonstrated expertise in Workday, including comprehensive knowledge of its HCM.
