Job Title : Cloud Automation Engineer

Job Type : Fulltime.

Shifts : 24 / 7 (Rotational)

Location : Hyderabad / Bangalore

Job Summary :

Cloud Automation engineer is primarily responsible for working hands on various AWS services like EC2, EKS, S3, VPC, Route53, Lambda etc., and should have good working knowledge on Ansible Automation and Shell scripting and should have knowledge on various devops tools like GitHub, container, code pipeline, bamboo, bitbucket, ansible, terraform etc.

  • Good communication Skills to communicate with Customers across the Globe.
  • Support web sites (application, middleware & infrastructure tiers) hosted on AWS.
  • Should be able to handle automation.
  • Having good Understanding of Incident, Change and Problem Management.

Role and Responsibilities :

  • 5+ years overall IT experience with at least 3+ years’ experience in AWS infrastructure and automation using ansible as configuration management tool.
  • Experience in supporting external customer facing websites.
  • Experience with tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint, and understanding of ITIL concepts and Agile methodology.
  • Experience in Devops and on automation tools like Ansible, Python
  • Well-developed analytical troubleshooting and problem resolution skills, including the ability to analyse complex situations.
  • Excellent communication skills, inter-personal skills including strong facilitation and coordination skills.

    • Nice to Have : NOT Mandatory

  • AWS Certification.
  • Experience in some of these technologies preferred : Datadog, Python, Akamai, Tomcat, Apache.
  • Active Directory, F5 Big IP load balancer, Internet Web Caching, Build Tools, CVS.
  • Understanding of the application and web security controls, TCP / IP concepts, firewalls, and database preferred
  • Experience with supporting AutoSys batch jobs desired.
  • Release experience highly desired.
