Job descriptionManage complex Workday implementations, upgrades, and process improvements Lead end-to-end Payroll projects, including configurations and history loads Conduct workshops with clients and address queries Develop and implement Workday reporting, dashboards, and advanced analytics Collaborate with project stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes Mentor and coach team members while managing multiple assignments Workday HCM Core & Core Payroll Certification (Mandatory) Country-specific Payroll expertise (US, UK, or Canada Payroll Certification preferred) Minimum 7 years of Workday experience (13+ years overall) Strong technical and functional skills in Payroll, HR, Reporting, and Data Conversion Experience with Workday integrations, security, and feature releases Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
