Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing the performance and productivity of our sales team by delivering effective training programs, with a strong focus on On-the-Job Training (OJT) and sales performance monitoring. The candidate should be flexible with working shifts and possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Training Delivery :
- Develop comprehensive sales training programs, including product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer engagement strategies.
- Execute OJT sessions to help team members apply learned skills in real-world scenarios.
- Provide refresher and upskilling training sessions based on business requirements.
- Performance Monitoring :
- Track and analyze the performance of sales representatives post-training to ensure knowledge transfer and skill application.
- Identify performance gaps and create targeted interventions to address them.
- Coaching & Mentoring :
- Offer individual coaching and feedback to sales team members to improve their techniques and outcomes.
- Work closely with sales managers to support underperforming team members.
- Reporting & Feedback :
- Provide detailed reports on training effectiveness and team performance.
- Gather feedback from trainees and sales managers to refine training programs continuously.
Key Requirements :
Experience :Minimum of 2–6 years of experience as a Sales Trainer or in a similar role, focusing on OJT and performance improvement.Skills & Competencies :Strong knowledge of sales techniques, processes, and KPIs.Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to motivate and inspire teams.Data-driven mindset to analyze performance metrics and generate insights.Flexibility :Willingness to work in shifts and a 6-day workweek to accommodate business needs.Educational Qualification :Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
