Role Description

This is a full-time Human Resources Specialist role located on-site in Bengaluru at KoinBX. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and overseeing HR processes and compliance within the organization.

Qualifications

• 2 -3 years of relevant experience.
• Human Resources (HR) Management and HR Policies knowledge
• Experience in managing employee benefits and personnel management
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
