Job Overview :
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Consultant to join our sales team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving growth by identifying potential prospects, scheduling pre-sales meetings, managing client relationships, and generating leads through platforms like Lusha and Sales Navigator. With a focus on digital marketing and solution-based products, your success will be measured by the number of qualified prospect meetings arranged for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prospect Outreach : Actively reach out to potential clients using tools like Lusha, Sales Navigator, and other relevant platforms to generate leads.
- Pre-Sales Meeting Scheduling : Schedule pre-sales meetings for the sales team by engaging with prospects, understanding their needs, and aligning meetings with the appropriate sales representatives.
- Lead Generation : Utilize online platforms, databases, and industry-specific portals to find and qualify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
- Client Management (20% of role) : Maintain a strong client relationship post-initial engagement, assisting with client inquiries and supporting the sales team with ongoing communication.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and ensure meetings are appropriately booked and the sales process is smooth.
Desired Skills and Qualifications :
Proven experience in business development, lead generation, or sales support, preferably in a digital marketing or tech solutions environment.Strong proficiency with lead generation tools such as Lusha, Sales Navigator, and other CRM platforms.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
