Summary :
The Senior Manager - Campaigns is responsible for planning, executing, and measuring the success of marketing campaigns for North America. This includes developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing budgets, and working with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with Bridgenext’s overall business goals. This is a Pune-based position, and local candidates will get preference.
Responsibilities :
- Campaign Strategy Development : Develop integrated marketing campaigns that promote Bridgenext’s offerings.
- Campaign Planning and Execution : Lead end-to-end campaign planning, including audience segmentation, messaging, content development, and channel selection. Coordinate campaign execution across various channels, including email marketing, social media, digital advertising, events, and content marketing.
- Content Creation : Work closely with the content marketing team to create compelling and engaging content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, infographics, videos, and webinars, to support campaign objectives.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization : Track campaign performance metrics, analyze results, and identify opportunities for optimization. Continuously refine campaign strategies based on data-driven insights to maximize ROI and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Budget Management : Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve desired outcomes within budgetary constraints.
- Cross-functional collaboration : Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, delivery, and creative services, to align campaign initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.
- Campaign Reporting and Analysis : Prepare comprehensive campaign performance reports and present findings to senior management. Provide actionable recommendations for future campaign improvements.
Qualifications :
