Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Manager at Solar Quest LLP. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR functions, such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training. This role is primarily located in Ajmer, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Performance Management skills
• Training and Development expertise
• Knowledge of Employment Laws and Regulations
• HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) proficiency
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi - English)
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Experience in the renewable energy industry is a plus
• Experience of 3 or more years
• Good with MS Office
