Data Analysis of rework generation from extruders & tire room.

Meeting day to day specification, Controlling product within specification from extruder to reduce uniformity variations & tire weight

Maintaining & controlling tread conicity with GY limits

Bead Waste & Cure tyre waste controlling related to Business Center A

Control & management of milling waste through rework management

Maintain the process of product guidelines specification.

Is suppose to investigate, understand and analyze the interaction between raw materials / compounds / equipment for reducing extrusion variations

Anticipate and identify problems proactively through LPA and process audits

Develop and advise on problem solving strategies to reduce variations in extrusion

Use collaboration to solve problems and make decisions.

Identify external resources of Goodyear to collect data and inputs to make decisions. Consult with resources.

Identify high impact projects and implement solutions to reduce GT & CT Scrap

Has good understanding of green properties and influences on component extrudate
