Immediate placement - Sales and Marketing executive - Business Development

Purpose of the Role : -

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional to join as the Business Development member.

• In this key role, you will be responsible for driving the Company's growth and expanding its market presence in the Interior designing sector across Bengaluru.
• The Business Development person plays a critical role in identifying Land opportunities, building strategic partnerships with owners, B2B clients leading the negotiation, closing the deals and developing innovative strategies to maximize revenue and achieve business objectives.
• skill of communication in different languages , online and offline presence.

Competencies & Responsibilities :

Company's presence in the Interior & Real Estate sector. - Identify new Land opportunities, evaluate their viability, and conduct Market Research to determine market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

Experience : 0 to 3 years

Annual CTC : Rupees 1,75, to 4,25,

Other Salary :

Project incentive-Commission on closure, bonus
