Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager with a strong background working specifically in an Influencer Marketing Agency to join MOCA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, establishing strategic partnerships with brands, and expanding our client base. This role requires a proven track record in sales within the influencer marketing space, a strong network, and the ability to understand client needs to deliver effective collaboration Identify and proactively prospect potential brands and advertisers for influencer marketing collaborations.

  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key contacts at brands and agencies.
  • Thoroughly understand client objectives, budget, and concerns to develop and present compelling proposals with suitable influencer marketing solutions.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close contracts with new clients.
  • Collaborate effectively with the internal campaign management team to ensure successful campaign execution and high client satisfaction.
  • Ensure the timely release of payments from clients.
  • Stay continuously updated with industry trends, conduct competitor analysis, and gather market insights relevant to the influencer marketing landscape.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and contribute significantly to the overall growth of the Experience : Minimum 3 years of direct sales experience specifically within an Influencer

Marketing Agency.

  • Strong network and connections with direct advertisers and brands relevant to influencer marketing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently to manage sales activities and client relationships.
  • In-depth knowledge of influencer marketing strategies, best practices, and industry trends.
  • Ability to thrive and succeed in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Desired Skills (Plus Points) :

  • Experience using CRM software for managing sales pipelines and client interactions.
  • Familiarity with analytics related to influencer marketing campaign performance.
  • Knowledge of the broader digital marketing landscape.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
