About the Job :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Endur Developer / Technical Lead to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of modules within the OpenLink Endur platform, contributing to the development, implementation, and maintenance of our energy trading systems.

You will leverage your deep understanding of energy trading and strong technical skills to deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute significantly to critical business functions and work with cutting-edge technologies.

Responsibilities :

End-to-End Delivery : Manage the complete lifecycle of module development within the OpenLink Endur platform, from requirements gathering and design to development, testing, and deployment.
Technical Leadership : Provide technical guidance and support to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Solution Design & Development : Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable solutions within the Endur environment, utilizing your expertise in Open Components (OC) Java and .NET.
Functional Expertise : Apply your strong functional understanding of Gas, Power, Coal, Emissions / Renewables trading to translate business requirements into technical solutions within Endur.
Endur Implementation & Configuration : Demonstrate deep experience in the latest Endur versions, including hands-on setup and configuration of all key modules.
Programming Proficiency : Utilize strong programming skills in .NET and Endur (including AVS / JVS) to develop custom solutions and integrations.
Agile & Waterfall Methodologies : Apply a thorough understanding of both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies to manage projects effectively.
Collaboration & Communication : Work closely with business analysts, traders, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and communicate technical solutions effectively.
Troubleshooting & Support : Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to the Endur platform.
Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for developed solutions and configurations.

Must-Have Skills :

OpenLink Endur : Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in developing and implementing solutions within the OpenLink Endur platform.

Endur Configuration : Proven experience in setting up and configuring key modules within the latest Endur versions.

Strong programming skills in .NET (C# preferred).

Good-to-Have Skills :

Experience with Java, particularly in the context of Open Components (OC) development within Endur.

Familiarity with ASP.NET MVC framework for web application development.

Technical Experience :

Minimum 2 years of experience developing on the Endur platform, including working with Open Components (OC) Java and .NET.

Proven experience in managing the end-to-end delivery of modules within a complex system.

Energy Trading Domain : Strong functional understanding of Gas, Power, Coal, Emissions / Renewables trading concepts and workflows.

Latest Endur Versions : Deep experience working with the latest versions of OpenLink Endur, including setup and configuration of key modules.

Strong programming skills in .NET and within the Endur environment (e.g., AVS / JVS).

Solid understanding of good software engineering principles and best practices.
