    About the Role :

    We are seeking a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead high-volume recruitment efforts, particularly for Sales, Business Development, and Telecalling roles. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process at scale—sourcing, screening, and onboarding large numbers of candidates efficiently and with quality.

    This is a critical role that directly contributes to our organization's growth by ensuring a consistent pipeline of high-performing professionals in customer-facing roles.

    Key Responsibilities :

    • Manage end-to-end volume hiring for roles in Sales, Business Development, Telesales, and Customer Support .
    • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through multiple sourcing channels (job portals, social media, referrals, campus drives, etc.).
    • Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews to assess candidates’ communication, persuasion, and fit for sales-driven roles.
    • Coordinate with business leaders to understand hiring needs and role-specific requirements.
    • Ensure a smooth and time-efficient recruitment cycle with a strong focus on turnaround time (TAT) and candidate quality .
    • Design and execute bulk recruitment drives, walk-ins, job fairs, and other high-volume events.
    • Maintain accurate hiring records and reports using ATS or internal systems.
    • Support onboarding and documentation processes in coordination with HR operations.
    • Requirements :

    • 2–5 years of experience in volume hiring , preferably in Sales, BD, or Telecalling domains.
    • Strong understanding of sourcing and screening strategies for mass hiring.
    • Proven ability to manage high hiring volumes under tight timelines.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Familiarity with hiring tools, job portals (Naukri, Shine, etc.), and ATS platforms.
    • Energetic, proactive, and target-oriented mindset.
    • Nice to Have :

    • Experience in handling hiring for multilingual or pan-India roles.
    • Knowledge of recruitment metrics and data-driven hiring.
    • Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.
