Resource is required for IT taskforce activities for AHA staff, this includes aligning pickups & scheduling drop of IT assets, Liaison with the courier vendor for the pickups& drop of IT assets, ensuring asset reaches the staff within the stipulated SLA period, managing vendor billing, document updating etc. Resource will also be needed for publishing other management reports and dashboards.
