Job Title : Mechanical Design Engineer – Power Electronics

Location : Ahmedabad Gujarat

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team, specializing in thermal management , structural analysis , and power electronics . You will design and optimize mechanical components, ensuring reliability and performance.

Key Responsibilities :

Thermal Management : Design cooling solutions, including heat dissipation and thermal interface materials.
Structural Analysis : Perform stress analysis using FEA tools to ensure mechanical integrity.
Materials Science : Select materials based on thermal, mechanical, and electrical properties.
CAD Proficiency : Use SolidWorks , AutoCAD , or similar tools for 3D modeling and detailed drawings.
Manufacturing Processes : Design for manufacturability and assembly.
Power Electronics : Integrate cooling solutions, optimize PCB design, and ensure EMC compliance.

Skills :

Problem Solving : Tackle mechanical and electrical design challenges.

Communication : Collaborate effectively with engineers and stakeholders.

Testing & Simulation : Validate design performance through testing.

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical Engineering .

Experience : 5-7 years in mechanical design, ideally in power electronics.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
