About the role :
The Consultant recruiter will be responsible for supporting the TA team in driving recruitment initiatives, talent sourcing, co-ordinating and related activities.
Requirements
Responsibilities (including but not limited to) :
Collaborate with TA team, HR team members, and hiring managers to understand the hiring requirements across India and US regions.
Source potential candidates from various online channels, headhunting, and referral programs.
Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
Interview candidates (via phone, video, or in person).
Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct hiring drives and campus placement programs.
Encourage and come up with unique ideas for encouraging soft-branding on LinkedIn.
Ensure record keeping of feedback process and documentation through hiring tools is maintained.

Skills and qualifications :
It's a 6-month contract role.
Bachelor’s degree in any field
At least 2-5 years of work experience in hiring technical / non-technical skills
Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
Time-management skills and multitasking ability.
A quick learner with an understanding of business needs and alignment with candidate skills.
Previous experience working for a SaaS or Fintech company is a plus.
