Job descriptionImplement and enforce quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards. Maintain accurate records of all fabrication activities, inspections, and quality control measures. Continuously evaluate and enhance fabrication processes to improve efficiency and quality. Work closely with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the quality of fabricated penstocks. Training production staff on quality standards and procedures. Testing various instruments and equipment used in the manufacturing process Ensure that the QA / QC team is well-prepared for audits and inspection.
Inspecting and managing each step of the manufacturing process as per the company's policies and standards and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards
