Field End User Computing (EUC) is seeking a highly motivated and organized Team Lead to provide critical BAU activities in the computer health and hygiene space, specifically ensuring the fleet of computers in the field are compliant with OS patches, security updates and monitored across our various security tool consoles. Project management displines to drive key EUC initiatives (Windows 11 and Azure AD) within the FIELD EUC engineering team and analysis for multiple initiatives within the organization. This involves planning and effectively coordinating work efforts, resolving issues, and ensuring all initiative deliverables are met on time.

The position will specialize in end user computing engineer activities and is responsible for implementing and supporting the systems deployed to advisors and staff. Ideal candidate will implement and manage the technology infrastructure as it relates to Microsoft product suite. This position will also assist with level 3 support escalation for complex related issues.

The ideal candidate is an expert IT end user engineer who has proven experience designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining a standard end user delivery model. Candidate should possess system knowledge in the areas of Microsoft OS Imaging, Patching, System Certificates, and Entra / Azure AD authentication using Enterprise Connect, SSO, and CIS security hardening guidelines to effectively support and grow these technologies.

Required Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or related field; or equivalent work experience.
• Experience and knowledge of Entra / Azure AD Joined PC environment and management
• Microsoft Intune(MEM)
