About the Role : We are seeking a select group of highly accomplished and influential CXO Advisors to join our founding Circle of Influence, which will function as our core advisory board. This exclusive, invitation-only group will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction, global expansion, and thought leadership of CXO India. As a founding member of the Circle, you will be a strategic thought partner, leveraging your extensive experience, global network, and visionary insights to guide the growth of CXO India and help us redefine what leadership looks like for future generations. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with other top-tier executives, build a meaningful legacy, and influence the global leadership landscape. This is not merely an advisory role; you are becoming a key partner in a groundbreaking movement, with an equity stake ensuring your success is intertwined with ours. This position is designed to complement your existing commitments and will not present any conflict with your current employment. We also explicitly state that we will not seek any business from your current company.

Responsibilities :

Strategic Guidance : Provide quarterly strategic counsel and guidance to the CXO India leadership team, offering invaluable insights into market trends, emerging technologies, and the evolving needs of global executive leaders. (Review time commitment)
Network Expansion : Actively leverage your extensive global professional network to introduce qualified, high-calibre CXOs to the CXO India platform, contributing to the growth and exclusivity of our global community.
Thought Leadership Contribution : Serve as a core thought leader within the CXO India Circle of Influence, sharing your expertise and perspectives to shape the platform's content, research agenda, and future direction.
Exclusive Event Participation : Commit to speaking at a minimum of two high-profile keynote events or engagements organized by CXO India annually, sharing your vision and actively engaging with our global leadership audience.
Platform Shaping : Provide direct input and feedback on CXO India's platform features, tools, and programs, ensuring they are aligned with the unique needs of global executive leaders.
Mentorship (Optional) : Mentor emerging leaders within the broader CXO India community through formal or informal programs, solidifying your legacy and contributing to the development of the next generation of leaders.

Qualifications :

Current CXO Leadership : Currently serving as a Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), or similar C-suite executive position within a recognized global organization.

Extensive Management Experience : Currently managing a team of 1,000 or more employees, demonstrating proven expertise in leading large, complex, and global organizations.

Global Vision : Possess a strong global mindset, with a deep understanding of diverse international markets, business practices, and cultural nuances.

Strategic Acumen : Demonstrated ability to think strategically and provide insightful advice on business growth, market trends, and long-term innovation.

Exceptional Communicator : Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences and to inspire action.

Influential Network : Extensive global professional network with a proven track record of connecting with and influencing senior-level executives across industries and geographies.

Passionate About Global Leadership : A genuine and deep passion for leadership development, with a strong desire to contribute to other executives' global growth and success.
