Within the CHC Global Business Services, a team of ~30 collaborators are dedicated in building COE for CHC, providing an excellent hub experience for team members by leveraging HubXStrategy across all Global Hubs and supporting transversal scalability with centralization standardization of processes with single end-to-end process accountability and drive continuous process improvement.

ROLE DETAILS
The job corresponds to a new position, created in the frame of supporting all Global Hubs and expanding network and talent on-boarding. The position will directly report to the Head CHC Strategy, Global Hub & Services function and will be supported by CHC CoE Engagement Specialist role. Key responsibilities include :
Strategize organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives globally, especially focusing on the region they are present in. This includes building the GBS DNA and stakeholder engagement programs across CoE network.
Lead global engagement activities and assist with building a foundation for digital and external ecosystems.
Lead and strategize the global Employee Value Proposition program, including Rewards & Recognition, onboarding / orientation for newcomers.
Standardizing Communications across the organization : Adapting, standardizing, and overseeing all communications – written, verbal, visual, social media for internal and external platforms to match CHC requirements and brand guidelines.
Lead Stakeholder Engagement for the organization based on identifying stakeholders, understanding their needs and expectations, identifying, and setting up clear communication channels and mechanisms for key decisions and initiatives. this ranges from regular meetings, surveys, structured monthly / quarterly communications around highlights, KPIs and ‘wins’, and measuring and reporting impact to adapt and improve.
