Department : Quality Assurance

Job Description

• Ensures all the program / procedures / practices are followed in QA / QC Department.
• Provide the relevant training and education as per training calendar.
• Responsible to conduct water, environmental, personnel, area swab and RM / PM / FG sampling for microbiological testing purpose.
• Review the microbiological sampling Plan and perform microbiological testing as per plan and release if meets required specifications and legal standards.
• Ensure sufficient Lab inventory (Media) and proper functioning of the laboratory equipment's / instruments. Maintains the microbiological records.
• Conduct pathogenic and non-pathogenic environmental monitoring, employee hand & area swab sampling & testing, Line study.
• Preserve the shelf-life samples and conduct in-house shelf-life study of the product.
• Documentation as per ISO, Prepare and updates SOP / SSOP / STP.
• Media preparation, discarding & waste disposal.
• Responsible for food safety in the plant & Ensure FSMS is followed at all levels in manufacturing.
• Assist in product development.
• In the Absence of Assistant Lead QA, Sr. Microbiologist will act on behalf of him / her.
• Female Candidates & Localites will be be a plus.
