We are seeking an experienced M3 ERP Techno Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of technical and functional expertise in M3 ERP systems, with a proven track record of successful ERP implementations and support.

This position is open for candidates across Pan India with a preference for those located near LTI offices.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the implementation and support of M3 ERP systems, managing both functional and technical aspects to ensure smooth integration and optimal system performance.
Configure M3 ERP modules based on business requirements, including finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and distribution.
Collaborate with technical teams to develop custom solutions and integrate M3 ERP with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
Work closely with business stakeholders to map business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into ERP solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
Lead testing efforts for system changes, customizations, and upgrades, ensuring that all configurations and developments are validated according to business needs.
Provide training and support to end-users, and create detailed user manuals and technical documentation for ERP modules and custom solutions.
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for M3 ERP, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Manage ERP system upgrades, patches, and releases, ensuring that all necessary updates are applied without causing downtime.
Identify opportunities for process improvements within ERP systems and recommend solutions to enhance overall system efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications :

7-10 years of hands-on experience in M3 ERP with a solid understanding of both technical and functional components of the system.

Strong knowledge of M3 ERP architecture, development tools, customizations, and integrations.

In-depth knowledge of key M3 ERP modules, such as Finance, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Distribution, etc.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex ERP system challenges.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with business users, technical teams, and management.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
