Position Overview :
As a Marketing Trainee at Eclectique F&B Concepts, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand visibility and driving customer engagement through strategic marketing initiatives. This position offers an exciting opportunity for motivated undergraduates with a passion for marketing in the food and beverage industry.
Responsibilities :
Social Media Marketing :
- Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
- Develop and manage Meta ads, Google Ads, , and other digital marketing campaigns.
- Monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities to optimize engagement.
Graphic Designing & Content Creation :
Design and produce compelling visual content for social media and print media campaigns.Create engaging content, including posts, stories, and videos, tailored to target audience demographics.E-Commerce :
Drive online sales through effective E-Commerce strategies and initiatives.Website Designing and SEO / SEM Optimization :
Write blogs and articles optimized for SEO to enhance website visibility and search engine rankings.Implement SEO / SEM strategies to improve organic search performance and drive traffic.Design and optimize brand websites to boost engagement.Analytics and Reporting :
Analyze daily reservations and covers across our brands to identify trends and opportunities for growth.Prepare regular reports on marketing campaign performance, website traffic, and social media engagement metrics.Email Marketing :
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage with existing customers.Create compelling email content and monitor campaign effectiveness through analytics.Customer Reviews and Reporting :
Monitor and manage customer reviews and feedback across platforms.Analyze customer feedback to inform marketing strategies and improve customer experience.Ad-Hoc Responsibilities :
Handle additional tasks and projects as needed to support the marketing team.Manage multiple brands simultaneously to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc.Experience with website development and management, preferably using Wix software.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or similar software for data analysis.Excellent communication and writing skills, with a keen attention to detail.Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.Internships in similar / related fields is a plus.Benefits :
