WHAT YOU OFFER US

As a Workday Integration Consultant, your key roles and responsibilities will include :

  • Working on discovery sessions for Workday Integrations
  • Participation in discovery sessions with client and vendors, creating the design and mapping documents and submitting the same for sign off
  • Developing integrations using Workday Studio / CCW / PECI
  • Creating Security groups / ISU / Workday Account based on user roles
  • Working on Data Transformations (DT) to generate vendor format data
  • Building various Matrix Reports as per business requirements
  • Should maintain deep knowledge on reporting & Inbound integration
  • Regression testing during Workday upgrade
  • Working on Change request & Incident handling

Proficient in Workday Custom Reporting and application development tools such as :

  • Integrations, Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connector, Calculated Field, XSLT, DT, BIRT, XML, XLST, SOAP, REST, Advanced Reports, Matrix Reports, Core Connector, Benefits Connector, Security, Business Process Framework, Custom Objects.
  • To lead efforts from IT team in unique and critical projects :

  • Spin-off, Objects Migration and related ERP Upgrades
  • To be involved in all phases of the project : Proposal and Estimation, Requirement Gathering,
  • Fit Gap, Design, Build, Integration, Testing, Defect Management and Rollout
  • Responsible for creation of new Integration Systems in Workday
  • Quick & efficient resolution of issues during UAT & pre-production phases Development, coding & Unit testing
  • Works with IT, Business and Off-shore partners to deploy IT solutions
  • GREAT TO HAVE

  • Degree of Bachelor of Engineering
  • Certifications in Workday Integration Core, Workday Advance reporting and any other ERP certification
  • Deep knowledge in Java, C++ / any other programming languages
  • Should have strong experience in Workday Studio
  • Enthusiasm to deliver the best and push yourself until you are happy with the output
