Job responsibilities :
1) Market Understanding : Knowledge of Micro Market of the territory, prospect base, ecosystem (Employment exchanges, third party employers, non-organized sectors, tier-3 colleges, Alumni base, etc.)
2) Enquiry Generation :
- Conduct multiple activities in Employment exchanges, colleges to an extend though limited, Job fairs, reaching out to unorganized sector work force within the location or outside location.
- Engage effectively with Graduates to ensure lead / enquiry generation.
- Relationship building with all Stake holders to generate database of eligible candidates
- Extensive travel to outreach locations for lead generations
- Create and expand the base of locations by adding more locations every month
- Activity management end to end, generate database of eligible candidates, Extensive telephone calling on prospects / database to generate walk-in, making presentation to them, convincing them to take up the course and pay training fees, convince them to take up opportunity in sales role
3) Admission Process :
Ensure correct and full course information is shared with the studentsEnsure students admission process is followed4) System Updating & daily Reporting :
