We’re looking for a Content Specialist who can create compelling content that moves the needle—someone who understands B2B buyer behavior and knows how to develop content that supports the full funnel. In this role, you’ll play a key part in crafting our brand voice, building out content strategies for both Digitalscouts and our clients, and leveraging AI tools to enhance content creation workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a strategic content calendar across blogs, web content, email, and social platforms.
- Write and edit high-quality, audience-centric content for internal and external B2B campaigns.
- Collaborate with our performance, SEO, and RevOps teams to create content that drives traffic, conversions, and pipeline contribution.
- Use SEO best practices and keyword research to improve search visibility and content performance.
- Utilize AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Jasper, or SurferSEO) to scale content ideation, drafting, and optimization processes.
- Conduct interviews and research to develop thought leadership and case studies tailored to B2B personas.
- Monitor content performance and contribute to ongoing optimization and iteration efforts.
- Assist with developing content for client-facing deliverables, including website copy, email sequences, and landing pages.
About You
3+ years of experience in a content, copywriting, or editorial role, ideally within a B2B marketing agency or SaaS environment.Strong understanding of SEO, content strategy, and the B2B buyer’s journey.Experience working with content management systems (WordPress, HubSpot CMS).Confident in using AI tools to accelerate content workflows without compromising quality.Clear, concise, and persuasive writing style with excellent editing skills.Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple content projects at once.Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.Why Digitalscouts
