- To effectively lead & manage a team of IT Order Managers for achieving organizational goals, strategic objectives to deliver Outstanding Customer Experience through on-time delivery, right first time meeting all constrains ( resources, quality, cost, time,…)
- Should have in-depth knowledge of Orange ordering tools and purchasing processes.
- Manage IT Order Managers’ team to deliver and implement on-time & first time right solutions to customers.
- Ensure healthy communications / interactions between all internal & external entities.
- Establishing and managing relationships with customers and all key stakeholders.
- Accountable for team’s performance on all the set global targets with regards to Customer Satisfaction.
- Reduction in Delivery Lead Time and order cycle for OB products and services.
- Maintaining Database(s) integrity, quality & accuracy
- Ensure all the process guidelines defined by process owners are being adhered to
- Communicating and cascading requisite process changes and related information to the team and then ensuring same is adhered to
- Manage workload distribution, customer / project assignments as per business requirement
about you
ITIL, Lean Six Sigma Certification and / or Project Management SkillsDegree in Business Administration, or Commerce (or other relevant area), MBA preferred.
