Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Student Interaction : Greet and assist students ensuring a warm and welcoming environment. Address student queries regarding classes faculty or general academyrelated matters. Handle incoming and outgoing calls emails and inquiries from students or prospective students.
2. Front Office Management : Manage reception desk maintain records of daily student attendance. Coordinate with faculty and management for scheduling classes and events. Ensure proper management of front office supplies and logistics.
3. HR Responsibilities : Assist in recruitment activities including job postings shortlisting candidates and coordinating interviews. Maintain employee records attendance and performance documentation. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training sessions.
4. Administration Support : Coordinate meetings and appointments and manage calendars for higher management. Assist in organizing events workshops and seminars for students. Maintain and organize office documentation including student records course materials and HR files.
