Roles and Responsibilities :

1 Must have a clear understanding of Windows Operating System.

2 Clear understanding of Domain Joined system and Azure AD joined system

3 Awareness of Enrollment Process of Windows 10 devices and Troubleshooting.

4 Hands on Experience with OS and Application Troubleshooting in windows 10 OS, Clear knowledge of Registry, Group Policy, basic PowerShell commands, and troubleshooting steps.

5 Hands on knowledge on application deployment failures through SCCM

6 Hands on knowledge of Intune, Application Deployment and Device Administration.

7 Clear Idea of AD, Azure AD, Intune Groups, Compliance Policies, and Access Management.

8 Clear Idea of Task Sequence, Device Enrollment.
