Key Responsibilities :
Sales Target Achievement : Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned region.Market Penetration : Drive distribution and availability of the company's personal care products in retail outlets, supermarkets, and pharmacies.Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.Promotions and Campaigns : Implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities to increase product visibility and sales.Market Intelligence : Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities and threats.Product Knowledge : Stay updated on the features, benefits, and selling points of the company's personal care products.Sales Reporting : Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including performance analysis, stock levels, and customer feedback.Inventory Management : Ensure optimal stock levels at retail outlets and prevent stockouts.Training & Development : Train and guide retail sales teams on the product portfolio, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.Customer Service : Address customer queries and concerns effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.Key Skills and Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.Experience : Minimum 4 years of sales experience in FMCG, preferably in personal care or beauty products.Sales Acumen : Strong understanding of sales principles, strategies, and techniques.Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Relationship Building : Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers and distributors.Negotiation Skills : Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.Problem-Solving : Ability to think on your feet and handle customer complaints or issues effectively.Travel : Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed.Preferred Skills :
