Description :

Be friendly and confident
Well groomed & presentable
Receive incoming calls and maintain the call register
Calling people and spreading awareness about company and its services
Knowledge about MS Office and Internet
Flair in handling EPABX operations
Receiving and dispatching couriers
Deal with queries from the public and customers
Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of company
Lead generations through phone calling
Calling up outbound Prospective Clients
Calling companies and gathering contact details of POI (Persons of Interest)
Knowledge of email marketing is added advantage
Cold calling knowledge
Tele calling with convincing capability
Be friendly and confident

Desired Candidate Profile :

Have strong interpersonal Skills

Good Communication Skills (English / Telugu / Hindi)
