Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and versatile D365 Finance and Operations Consultant to join our team for a dynamic and impactful role. In this position, you will manage both project and support tasks related to D365 Finance and Operations, specifically focusing on delivering tailored solutions for our business stakeholders. You will collaborate with business owners, finance teams, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the system meets organizational needs, drives business value, and is implemented successfully.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Management and Support : Manage both project and support tasks for D365 Finance and Operations. For projects, gather requirements from business owners and finance teams, suggest the best technical and functional solutions, and help deliver them.
Requirement Gathering : Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional specifications.
Solution Delivery : Work with developers to implement and configure solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and are delivered on time.
Validation and Integration : Collaborate with the solution architect to validate solutions and with integration developers to create seamless integrations with front-end systems.
Documentation and Training : Document system configurations, processes, and user guides. Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they can effectively use the system.

Team Structure and Collaboration :

Work closely with a business analyst, developers, solution architect, and integration developers.

Report to the Project Manager and participate in regular team meetings to discuss project progress and challenges.

Engage with external vendors and consultants as needed to support implementation efforts.

Be part of a small, dynamic team where your contributions will have a significant impact.

Experience :

More than 5 years of experience as a D365 Finance and Operations Consultant or similar role.

Experience with fixed price and time and material projects, preferably in the construction industry.

Strong knowledge of D365 F&O modules, including PSA (Project), Finance, and Warehousing (basic and advanced).

Functional skills in understanding finance and construction projects.

Versatile and curious, with the ability to explain how the system works.

Excellent problem-solving skills for support tasks.

Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with key users and other SMEs.

Preferred Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience in the telecommunications industry.

Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

Certification in D365 Finance and Operations is a plus.

Contract Details :

Full-time position.

6-month contract with potential for extension and hiring.

Preferred Availability :

We are looking for someone who can join immediately or within a month.

Work Schedule :

This role will primarily involve night shift hours, operating in alignment with Eastern Standard Time (EST).
