Urban Ground is on a strong growth path and currently looking for a German Language Specialist in our Lead-Gen team to help us gain more tenants in a sustainable fashion.
Responsibilities
- Advertise properties on various classified portals and track it from time-to-time
- Communicate with prospects over calls and email (warm calling), gather their requirements and suggest suitable properties from portfolio
- Arrange appointments with prospects to schedule property viewings
- Follow-up for documents, contract signatures and organise handovers
- Explain Urban Ground business model to landlords, who contact us directly and pass on the strong leads to sales team
Qualifications
Highly fluent in German Language (C1) - spoken.Strong communication and presentation skillsAbility to relate with people and to sell the business concept of Urban Ground.Prior experience of in outbound calls would be an added advantage.CRM experience is preferredPlease note that this would be a 100% remote position (work from home) in CET time zone as a consultant to the German entity
