Job Overview

We are hiring a Human Resources Trainee to join our team at Hire Xpert, a leading staffing and recruiting company. As a Human Resources Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience and training in various HR functions. This is a full-time position based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. The selected candidate should be a fresher with less than 1 year of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Strong interest and passion for the HR field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of HR software systems and applicant tracking systems is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the applicant tracking system.
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and coordinating training programs.
  • Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.
  • Assist in organizing and conducting employee engagement programs, such as team building activities and recognition events.
  • Support HR initiatives and projects, such as performance management, talent acquisition, and employee wellness programs.
  • Assist with HR administrative tasks, including preparing reports, updating HR policies and procedures, and managing HR documentation.
  • Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
