Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Pre-sales consultant. The Consultant will contact company prospects, manage client relationships, and provide insights to enhance the sales process. The consultant will also help a business identify its requirements, devise sales strategies, and increase the probability of converting a prospect into a lead.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • 1+ years of experience in the sales field
  • Strong presentation and demonstration abilities

Ability to understand customer requirements and articulate solutions

  • Knowledge of the products or services being offered
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Good marketing skills and business sense
  • Previous experience in a presales or consultancy role is a plus
