Instructional Designer

Brief Job Description :

• Co-ordinate with the Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for understanding the application and the content matter provided for the working of the application.
• Understand the scope of work, analyze the flow of the content provided and ensure it is at par with the actual application.
• Define the learning goals and its associated assessments.
• Rectify grammatical errors and sentence constructions without missing on the technical details of the original content.
• Visualize the presentation of content, if required, in terms of visuals, animations, and graphic organizers.
• Perform a quality check based on the provided guidelines. In addition, the candidate should also be able to alter the guidelines, incase necessary.
• Release the deliverables in the stipulated time post completion of all rounds of reviews.
