About the department :

In Corporate Procurement at Novo Nordisk, we build strategies and execute improvement projects to optimize the global indirect spend related to categories such as marketing services, professional services, travel, IT, R&D…The Sourcing Team in Bangalore has been newly created to support the growth in our sourcing pipeline and is responsible for supporting the category managers on various sourcing activities and execution of sourcing projects across indirect categories in marketing and professional services. Our ambition for the team is to become a key enabler of the execution of our sourcing activities across the world. The Position

As a Sourcing Analyst at Novo Nordisk, you will :

• Manage end-to-end sourcing activities (from requisition to award) e.g., RFI / RFP / RFQ with close coordination with procurement stakeholders and business.
• Conduct detailed bid analysis to assess the factors driving the price variations and ensure compliance with the procurement guidelines and procedures.
• Contribute to the success of the category strategies through interaction with category managers in Denmark and other internal stakeholders and negotiate optimal pricing and commercial terms with the suppliers with a focus on the quality of the services delivered.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and develop new suppliers based on business needs, as and when required.
• Drive digital excellence by using our e-Procurement tool (Coupa).
