Were seeking a future team member for the role of Lead Production Services Infrastructure Support Analyst Network engineer to join our BNY Mellon Technology team. This role is located in Pune- HYBRID / REMOTE.

In this role, youll make an impact in the following ways :

• Good hands-on experience in network support
• Hands-on troubleshooting experience in enterprise LAN, WAN and Datacenter environment.
• Technical expertise with routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP), switching (VLAN, Trunking, DOT1X, various flavors of STP) protocols.
• Troubleshooting IPSec, VPNs, GRE, NAT / PAT over various platforms.
• Good Communication Skills, Handling complex network issues
• Configure and install various network devices and services routers, switches, Palo Alto / Juniper firewalls, BIG IP load balancers, McAfee Proxy Servers, VPN)
• Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability
• Liaise with Vendors for tickets opening and driving until issue resolution
• Work with Telecom Service providers / Carriers / ISPs to resolve circuit problems until resolution.
• Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure
• Knowledge on SDN, SD-WAN and ACI technologies will be an advantage.
• Experience on Ticketing tools (Moogsoft / Service now)
• Wireshark analysis, Basic Scripting skills & Knowledge on Automation would be an advantage
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with all levels of staff within and outside of IT and outside the organization.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Should have knowledge of ITIL framework. (Incident and Change management).
