Key Responsibilities :

Design and develop mechanical systems :   Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed design drawings and models for mechanical components and systems.

Develop prototypes :   Create and test prototypes of mechanical components and systems to ensure they meet technical specifications and design requirements.

Troubleshoot and problem-solve :   Identify and solve technical problems related to mechanical components and systems.

Perform design analysis :   Use analytical tools to assess the performance, reliability, and safety of mechanical designs.

roficient in CAD software :   Experience with 2D and 3D CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Fusion 360.

Familiarity with engineering standards :   Knowledge of engineering standards, such as ASME, ASTM, and ISO, and regulatory requirements.

Problem-solving skills :   Ability to identify and solve technical problems related to mechanical components and systems.

Experience with prototyping and testing :   Experience with prototyping and testing mechanical components and systems.

Skilled in mechanical analysis :   tolerance analysis (GD&T), structural analysis,   welding processes.

• Understanding of manufacturing processes, assembly, material knowledge, and engineering fundamentals.
